The WildApricot system offers many functions to help Probus clubs manage member information and keep members informed of club activities. The software is relatively easy to use, but still requires people with some level of IT skills to set it up. When you are ready to purchase a subscription and communicate with their billing department (billing@wildapricot.com) then use the Chapter Billing Request form to get the multi-chapter discount of 15%. This is in addition to a 10% discount for annual pre-payment, or 15% for 2-year pre-payment. Your club will be charged in Canadian dollars at the prevailing exchange rate, including sales tax.
